慢性病毒性肝炎患者使用YB-ZG肝病治疗仪的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗中联合使用YB ZG肝病治疗仪的临床疗效。方法 :采用临床随机分组对照试验方法。对照组 39例采用常规治疗 ,治疗组 4 1例在相同常规治疗基础上加用YB ZG肝病治疗仪治疗。结果 :治疗后①治疗组症状改善评分及总积分 (Median为 0、0、0、4 ) ,均较对照组 (2、2、0、6 )有明显缓解 ,P均 <0 0 5 ;②治疗组AST改善有效率 (81 5 % )及检测值的总体水平 (Mean±SD为 4 8 5± 2 2 5 )均明显好于对照组(45 9%、6 8 9± 5 5 4 )而且在随访期仍能持续保持 ,P均 <0 .0 5 ;③治疗组TB检测值的总体水平 (16 6± 10 6 )也明显好于对照组 (2 1 5± 10 4 ) ,P <0 0 5 ;④两组乙肝病毒病原学指标阴转无明显差异。结论 :在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗中联合使用YBThe aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of ordinary therapy combined with YB ZG Liver Disease Therapy Instrument on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 80 patients with fatty liver were divided randomly in to control group (n=39, using ordinary therapy) and therapy instrument group (n=41, using ordinary therapy and YB ZG Liver Disease Therapy Instrument). The main symptoms, ALT, AST, TB, HBV Marks, etc. Were measured in all patients at baseline, at 1st month (end of instrument therapy), and at 2nd month (follow up visit). Statistic process: Mann whitney rank sum test, T test, Z test. Results: After 1 month instrument therapy, ① the value of pain in right side rib area, abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite and the sum of symptoms (Median=0, 0, 0, 4) in therapy instrument group were statistically significant lower( P <0.05) than those (2, 2, 0, 6) in control group; ② the effective rate (81.5%) and serum level (Mean±SD=48.5±22.5) of AST in therapy instrument group were significantly different ( P <0.05) than those (45.9%, 68.9±55.4) in control group; ③ the serum level (16.6±10.6) of TB in therapy instrument group were significantly different ( P <0.05) than that (21.5±10.4) in control group; ④ ineffective to inhibit HBV. Conclusion: These facts suggested that using YB ZG Liver Disease Therapy lnstrument in the treatment is benefit to the patient with chronic hepatitis B.
