摘　　要：[目的]总结用中西医结合的方法治疗非典型肺炎的体会。[方法]采用抗病毒疗法、激素疗法、免疫调节剂、对症支持疗法及中医辨证施治疗法对12例SARS患者进行治疗。[结果]全部病例均临床治愈出院 ,平均退热时间6 2d ,胸片显示肺部阴影平均9 1d开始吸收好转。[结论]中西医结合治疗SARS具有很好的疗效。To summary the experiences of treating SARS by integrated methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The anti_virus therapy, hormonal therapy, the supporting expectant treatment and syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM were used to 12 patients with SARS.All patients were cured with the average defervescence 6.2 d and the X_ray for the chest showed that the average duration of the absorpton of the pulmonary shadow was 9.1 d.[Conclusion]The therapy of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect to SARS.
