摘　　要：思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。要使思想政治工作增强时代感,加强针对性、实效性和主动性,必须从新形势下思想政治工作的特点出发,把握好切入点,找准突破口,从而制定出有效的对策。Ideological and political work is an eminent tradition and political advantage of the Party. In order to keep the work with time, and to reinforce its pertinence, validity and go-aheadism, so as to serve the struggling purposes of the Party during the new phrase of socialism modernization construction, we should start from the new characteristics of the ideological and political work in the new situations, grasp the cut-in points, and accurately find out the breakthroughs to make valid countermeasures.
