摘　　要：Windows NT是一个非常稳定的操作系统,其服务构架主要有三部分组成:服务控制管理器、服务本身、服务控制程序。本文对服务控制管理器、服务控制程序,以及如何在Windows NT中创建和安装自己的Win32服务进行了描述,并给出了在复费率电度表的生产过程自动控制系统中嵌入自己的服务应用实例。Windows NT is a solid operation, whose service architecture is composed of three components: the Service Control Manager (SCM), the service itself, and a service control program (SCP). This paper describes SCM and SCP, proposes the approach to create our own service in Windows NT, and later makes an application of service into an automatic control system of manufacturing multi-rate and watt-hour meter.
