摘 要:对绍兴鸭的产蛋、生长和血液3组性状的9个变量进行了典型相关分析.结果表明:产蛋和生长性状间以及生长和血液性状间的第一个典型相关系数达极显著水平,分别占总相关的99.23%和90.86%;产蛋和血液性状间第一个典型相关系数达显著水平,占总相关的97.99%.其典型相关系数依次为:0.8422、0.4149和0.4369.在这些性状中起主要作用的性状有:平均蛋重、30日龄体重、60日龄体重及60日龄血液中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性.研究结果对于利用生长和血液性状对绍兴鸭进行早期选育有一定的指导意义.Canonical correlation analysis of three sets of variables including nine traits of Shaoxing Duck was performed The results showed that the first canonical correlation coefficients between laying performance and growth rate (08422), as well as between the growth rate and blood biochemical traits (04149), were highly significant They constituted 9923% and 9086% of total correlation respectively The first canonical correlation coefficient between the laying performance and the blood biochemical traits was estimated (04369) significantly and expressed 9799% of the total correlation The analysis indicated that main traits for the canonical correlation coefficients were average egg weight, body weight at 30 days, body weight at 60 days and the activity of GlutamatPyruvatTransferase (GPT) at 60 days The results of the analysis will have certain significance for early selection of Shaoxing Duck using the growth rate and the blood biochemical traits
