正常及习惯性流产患者血清抗补体活性的研究

摘　　要：目的　通过检测正常育龄妇女、正常妊娠妇女及习惯性流产患者血清中抗补体活性的水平 ,借以分析血清抗补体活性与妊娠的相关性。方法　以经典的补体溶血实验方法为基础 ,在原有反应系统中加入不同人群的血清 ,依据溶血率的变化来判断人血清抗补体活性的水平是否与妊娠有关。以补体被抑制的百分率表示抗补体活性。结果　 1 2 0份血清标本中 ,全部表现有不同程度的抑制效应 ,其中正常孕妇血清抗补体百分抑制率均值为(62± 8) %明显高于正常育龄妇女的 [(44± 1 0 ) % ,P <0 0 1 ] ;妊早期孕妇血清抗补体百分抑制率为 (75± 9) % ,明显高于妊中期 [(61± 7) % ,P <0 0 5]和妊晚期 [(54± 5) % ,P <0 0 1 ] ;习惯性流产组的血清抗补体百分抑制率为(2 1± 4) % ,明显低于对照组 (44± 1 0 ) %。结论　妊娠期妇女血清具有较强的抗补体活性可以保护胎儿免受补体被相关因子激活后引起的对胎儿细胞的损害 ,从而保证胎儿正常发育 ;Objective To detect the serum level changes of anticomplement in normal women,normal pregnancy women and in habitual abortion patients,and to explore the relation between serum anticomplement activity and pregnancy.Methods Based on the classical complement haemolytic assay,human serum specimens were put in the reactive system.To what extent can human serum inhibit complement was judged by the variation of haemolytic rate.The anticomplement activity was expressed as the percentage of complement inhibited.Results All human sera tested showed inhibitory effect in varying degrees.Inhibition of pregnant women sera (62±8) was significantly higher than that of non pregnant women (44±10, P <0 01).The sera of the first trimester showed higher inhibition (75±9) than those of the second (61±7, P <0 05) and third trimester (54±5, P <0 01).But inhibition of habitual abortion patient sera (21 3±1 1) was significantly lower than that of non pregnant women.Conclusion Higher anticomplement activity of pregnant women throughout their gestation may protect the fetus from maternal complement affection,being crucial for the fetus own survival in utero.The lower level of anticomplement activity may involve the habitual abortion.
