摘　　要：中国共产党始终是最高纲领与最低纲领的统一论者。党的最高纲领与最低纲领的统一是马克思主义一般性原理与中国实际相结合的产物 ,也是我们党在革命和建设中得出的一个宝贵经验。建设有中国特色的社会主义就体现了党的最高纲领与最低纲领的辩证统一性 ,本文从思想渊源、历史前提、逻辑联系。The Communist Party of China is the unified theorist of the maximum program and the minimum program all the time,This is the result that a general principle of Marxism and China's reality combined together,This is also a valuable experience which our party draws in the revolution and construction. To build socialism with Chinese characteristics embodies the dialectical unity of the maximum program and the minimum program of the party. The article expounds the following four respects which are: thought origin, historical prerequisite, logic connection, realistic requirement.
