安徽省26所医院胃镜消毒工作质量的调研

摘　　要：目的　了解医用胃镜消毒管理工作现况及消毒灭菌效果 ,制定安徽省医疗机构内镜消毒管理规范。方法　于 2 0 0 1年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月采用问卷调查及现场采样 ,对省内 2 6所医院胃镜消毒质量进行监测。结果　 2 6所医院从胃镜镜身、活检钳、注水瓶中的水、操纵部的旋钮及使用中的消毒液共采集样本 12 6份 ,总合格率为 4 6 8%。结论　各级医院存在胃镜消毒管理工作不规范 ,尤其是消毒效果监测合格率低 ,应制定安徽省医疗机构内镜消毒管理规范 ,并定期检查落实情况。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of disinfection of the working gastroscope and to establish the management criterion of the Anhui health organization. METHODS From July 2001 to Oct 2001 samples were collected randomly from the 26 hospitals by questionnaire. RESULTS In the 26 hospitals 126 samples were collected, from the body of astroscope(surface and pipe), biopsy forceps, water in the bottle, switch of manipulater, disinfectant. Only 46.8% is up to standard. CONCLUSIONS The disinfection management is still not up to standard. The intercross infection is existent. The management criterion should be established as soon as possible.
