摘　　要：本文试述著名出版家王云五对中国现代图书馆及图书馆事业的三大贡献 :一、创建商务东方图书馆 ;二、创制中外图书统一分类法 ;三、发明四角号码检字法 。? This paper introduces three contributions of famous publisher Mr Wang Yunwu to Chinesemodern library and librarianship:1.creating The Commercial Oriental Library;2.compiling the unitary classification for Chinese and foreign books;3.inventing the four_angle number indexing system for Chinese characters.They have benefited the Chinese people and libraryes.
