pH敏感聚丙烯酸水凝胶合成的实验研究

摘　　要：简述了水凝胶的类型、各类水凝胶的单体特点及pH敏感水凝胶的作用 .研究了聚丙烯酸水凝胶的纯化工艺、合成条件 ,如 :反应温度、反应时间、通氮时间、促进剂等对产品收率及性能的影响 .并详细研究了各种聚丙烯酸水凝胶的 pH敏感特性 .较佳结果为pH =6 5 ,溶胀比为 1 33,其合成条件为通氮 1 5min ,于 33℃反应 1 0h .The purification technology and synthesis conditions of ployacrylic acid hydrogels is studied. The synthesis condition contains reaction temperature, reaction time, the time for putting in nitrogen and the effect of accelerating agent on the product synthesis ratio and the features. In addition, the pH sensitivity of various polyacrylic acid hydrogels is also studied in detail. The experiment results indicate that the more optimal conditions are pH=6.5, swelling ratio=133, time for putting in nitrogen=15min reaction time=10hours (at 33℃).
