摘　　要：综述治疗型乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)疫苗研究概况 ,重点阐述治疗型HBVDNA疫苗研究进展、治疗乙型肝炎的依据、作用机制和与传统疫苗的比较等。In this paper, we reviewed the progress in the study of the therapeutic HBV DNA vaccine, particularly on the evidences for its therapeutic effect, its mechanism of action, and to compare it with the traditional vaccines, etc. We also presented our research results on the therapeutic HBV DNA vaccine, and evaluated its clinical effect and characteristics objectively.
