摘 要:目的 :探讨黄芪与川芎对实验性糖尿病 (DM )大鼠肾脏形态学的影响。方法 :SD系大鼠 4 5只 ,链脲佐菌素 (STZ)腹腔内注射制成DM模型 ,分为DM治疗 (DT)组、DM组和正常对照 (NC)组。DT组采用黄芪 7.0g/kg和川芎 1.2 g/kg体重 ,水煎后灌喂 ,每日 1次 ,共 6周。于 2周、4周、6周时分别取肾脏行光镜和电镜检查。 结果 :DT组可明显减轻肾小球肥大、系膜细胞、系膜基质增生及肾小球基底膜 (GBM )增厚。结论 :黄芪川芎可以减轻DM大鼠肾脏形态学损害 。Objective:To study the effect of radix astragali(Bge) and ligusticum chuanxiong Hort(Hort) on renal histology in experimental diabetic rats.Methods:Forty-five SD rats was randomly divided into three groups: diabetes treated group(DT),diabetes mellitus groups(DM) and normal control groups(NC).The diabetes model was established by intraperitoneal injction of STZ. 7.0 g/kg of Bge and 1.2 g/kg of Hort were given to rats in DT group by gavage once a day for 6 weeks. The kidneys were processed for morphological examination with light and electronic microscopes at 2,4,6 weeks.Results:Compared with DM group, Bge and Hort treatment significantly suppressed glomerular enlargement, mesangial cell and matrix proliferation and GBM thickening. Conclusion:Bge and Hort treatment can attenuate renal histological damage in diabetic rats.
