摘 要:实验测定了1450℃Mn-Fe熔体和Mn-Fe-V-C系中C的溶解度。Mn-Fe熔体自纯Mn到纯Fe浓度范围,C溶解度可用下式计算:-lnXC-9.6310XC=-1.6094XMn-0.3241或-lnXC-11.4624XC=1.4914XFe-1.9335。Mn-Fe-V-C系(XV=0.0041~0.0985,XFe=0.0036~0.0872),C溶解度,lgγC和lgfC的计算式分别是-lnXC-11.4624XC=1.4914XFe-6.0124XV-1.8335,lnγC=-1.8335+11.4624XC+1.4914XFe-6.0124XV和lgfC=0.1771犤%C犦+0.0066犤%Fe犦-0.0277犤%V犦+0.0594。通过热力学推导与计算,得到如下热力学数据:(1)Fe-C系和Fe-Mn-C系,lnγ0C=-0.3241,εCC=9.6310,eCC=0.1625,εMnC=0.5491,εMnC=1.6094,eMnC=0.0063;(2)Mn-C系和Mn-Fe-C系,lnγ0C=-1.9335,εCC=11.4624,eCC=0.1771,εFeC=0.3545,εFeC=1.4914,eFeC=0.0066;(3)Mn-Fe-V-C系,εVC=-6.0124,eVC=-0.0277。The solubility of carbon in Mn -Fe melts and Mn -Fe -V -C systems was measure d experimentally at1450℃.The solubility of carbon in Mn -Fe melts(from pure Mn to pure Fe)can be calculated with following formula:-ln X C -9.6310X C =-1.6094X Mn -0.3241or -ln X C -11.4624X C =1.4914X Fe -1.9335.The solubility of carbon,lnγ C and lg f C in Mn -Fe -V -C systems (X V =0.0041~0.0985,X Fe =0.0036~0.0872)can be calculated respectively with following formul a:-ln X C -11.4624X C =1.4914X Fe -6.0124X V -1.8335,lnγ C =-1.8335+11.4624X C +1.4914X Fe -6.0124X V and lg f C =0.1771%C+0.0066%Fe-0.0277%V +0.0594.By thermodynamical derivation and calculation,some thermodynamical data were obtained as follows:1)in Fe -C and Fe -Mn -C systems,lgγ 0C =-0.3241,ε C C =9.6310,e C C =0.1625,ε Mn C =0.5491,ε Mn C =1.6094,e Mn C =-0.0063;2)in Mn -C and Mn -Fe -C systems,lnγ 0C =-1.9335,ε C C =11.4624,e C C =0.1771,ε Fe C =0.3545,ε Fe C =1.4914,e Fe C =0.0066;3)in Mn -Fe -V -C system,ε V C =-6.0124,e V C =-0.0277?
