盐酸小檗碱与静脉营养联合治疗新生儿化脓性胃炎46例

摘　　要：目的　探求治疗新生儿化脓性胃炎的新方法。方法　采用禁食 ;胃内直接给药注入盐酸小檗碱 ,剂量为 10mg/ (kg·次 ) ,2次 /d ;外周静脉注入全营养混合液。结果　 46例患儿经治疗 ,其中 3 6例 ( 78% )于d4治愈 ,10例于d3～ 5好转。Objective To investigate new therapy for purulent gastritis in neonates.Methods Fourty six patients were treated by injecting hydrochloride berberine into the gastric and by parenteral nutrition.Results Thirty six cases (78 %) were cured in the fourth day after treatment and 10 cases were recovering from illness in third to fifth day.Conclusion The result suggests that the hydrochloride berberine and venous nutrition is effective to purulent gastritis in neonates.
