摘　　要：加入高导热填料制造高导热多胶粉云母带 ,使云母带的制造工艺和成型工艺与普通云母带相比发生了较大变化 ,产生了许多新的问题 ,如胶含量与填料含量的矛盾、拉伸强度降低、挤出胶的胶化时间无法测定等需要解决的问题 。This paper introduces prodution process of the high thermal conductivity rich resin mica tapes by adding high thermal conductivity filler.the filler effects the production process,resin percentage,strength,gel time testing method and so on.Authors give their methods to solve the problems.
