摘　　要：介绍了投标评审、合同评审的具体内容 ,详细阐述了招标、投标评审与合同评审的工作步骤。指出只有做好合同的评审工作 ,才能签好合同 ,执行好相应条款。In this paper the contents of bidding evaluation and contract evaluation are introduced; at the same time concrete operational process are elaborated in detail. Author emphasized that good contract evaluation work is assurance of qualified contract.
