拔火罐与穴位注射对反复呼吸道感染患儿SIL-2R的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究反复呼吸道感染患儿 (简称“复感儿”)免疫功能的变化 ,探讨拔火罐和穴位注射对复感儿免疫功能的影响及其疗效机理。方法 :采用ELISA法测定治疗组、对照组复感儿治疗前后及正常儿童血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL - 2R)水平 ,治疗组采用拔火罐和穴位注射疗法 ,对照组使用转移因子口服液治疗 ,均采用单盲法。结果 :(1)治疗前复感儿血清sIL - 2R明显高于正常儿童 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )经拔火灌和穴位注射治疗后 ,升高的sIL - 2R水平有明显回落 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床疗效治疗组较转移因子对照组为优 ,但差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :复感儿的免疫功能普遍低下与紊乱 ,拔火罐和穴位注射既可调节复感儿脏腑经络气血的正常运行 ,又能提高复感儿的免疫功能 ,这可能是其治疗复感儿取得较好疗效的机理所在。Objective:To study the changes of the function of immunology with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children(RRTI),and to investigate the mechanism of the therapy of Cupping and Point-injection as well as the influences to the immunology of the RRTI cases.Methods:Both the groups of RRTI cases treated with Cupping and Point-infection and treated with Transfer Factor Oral Solution had their blood tested,using the method of ELISA to measure the level of the serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) before and after the treatment,and the group of normal health children had the same test done for only once as control,all in the method of single blind. Results:(1)The level of sIL-2Rin RRTI cases was increased significantly higher than the normal group before the treatment (P<0.01).(2)The increased level of sIL-2R in RRTI cases were decreased significantly after the therapy of Cupping and Point-injection(P<0.01).The Cupping and Point-injection group was more effective than the Transfer Factor Oral Solution group in the clinical observing,but no difference significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:The immunity of RRTI children was decreased and out of order.It may be the mechanism of the therapy why the Cupping and Point-injection was more effective than the treatment of Transfer Factor Oral Solution is that the therapy of Cupping and Point-injection can not only regulate the normal circulation of the vital energy and blood of the five viscera and the six hollow organs as well as their channel and collateral,but also increase their immunity.
