核素心血池显像评价黄芪注射液对急性心肌梗死左心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :通过核素心血池显像观察黄芪注射液对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者左心功能的影响。方法 :10 8例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为黄芪治疗组 (治疗组 5 4例 )和常规治疗组 (对照组 5 4例 ) ,治疗 4周后 ,行核素心血池心室造影 ,测定左室射血分数 (LVEF)、左室峰射血率 (LVPER)、左室峰充盈率 (LVPFR)及左室峰充盈率时间(LVTPFR) ,以判断左室收缩与舒张功能。结果 :治疗 4周后 ,治疗组LVEF、LVPER及LVPFR明显提高 ,LVTPFR缩短 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :黄芪注射液是改善AMI患者心脏功能的有效药物之一。Objective To observe effect of Astragalus Injection on left ventricular function in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods One hundred and eight patients with AMI were randomly divided into Astragalus Injection treatment group and control group.At 4th week after the treatment,the cardiac systolic and diastolic functions were assessed by nuclide gating cardiac blood-pool imaging in all patients.Results At 4th week,as compared with control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the left ventricular peak ejecting rate(LVPER)and the left ventricular peak filling rate(LVPFR)were higher,and the left ventricular time for peck filling rate(LVTPFR)was shorter in the treatment group.Conclusion Astragalus Injection is one of the effective drugs on improving left ventricular function in patients with AMI. 〔
