摘  要:利用电聚合吡咯的方法将胆固醇氧化酶固定在普鲁士蓝 (PB)修饰玻碳电极表面 ,制成了一种新型胆固醇安培传感器。PB膜修饰电极催化过氧化氢电还原 ,于 0V(vs.Ag ACl)产生灵敏还原峰 ,利用安培法可对胆固醇进行间接测定。胆固醇的测定范围为 0~ 2× 10 - 4mol L ,检出限为 6× 10 - 7mol L ,灵敏度较当前胆固醇传感器有明显的提高。An amperometric cholesterol biosensor prepared by immobilizing of cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) in polypyrrole on a Prussian blue-modified glassy carbon electrode was described. The properties of the sensor were investigated. It is based on the catalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide produced by ChOx at 0 V on the Prussian blue membrane modified electrode. The measurement conditions were optimized. Cholesterol can be determined in the concentration range of 0 similar to 2 x 10(-4) mol/L by amperometry and the detection limit is 6 x 10(-7) mol/L. The high sensitivity is owing to the electrocatalytic effect of Prussian blue for the electroreduction reaction of hydrogen peroxide. The interference of easily oxidizable species in most samples, such as ascorbic acid and uric acid, can be minimized at the sensor in cholesterol mesurements.
