摘  要:阳离子染料四磺基锰酞菁 (MnTSPc)与脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)作用可产生共振光散射增强 (RLSE) ,在pH为 10 .6 0~ 11.85及离子强度低于 0 .0 1mol L的条件下 ,能观察到 314、346 .2、4 5 2 .6和 4 94 .4nm处的特征RLSE信号 ;加入表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)后 ,发现其可强烈敏化该RLSE信号。受CTMAB敏化后的RLSE信号与一定范围内的DNA浓度呈线性关系 ,从而拟定了一种测定DNA的共振光散射新方法 ,并将其用于合成样品的分析测定 。The sensitizing effect of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) on the enhanced resonance light-scattering (RIS) resulted from the interaction. manganese-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (MnTSPc) with deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) was reported. On the conditions of pH 10.60 similar to 11.85 and ionic strength being less than 0.01 mol/L(NaCl), the interaction of MnTSPc with DNA results in enhanced RIS signals at 314, 346.2, 452.6 and 494.4 nm in the enhanced region. It was found that the interaction was sensitized by the presence of CTMAB, and the RLS intensity at 346.2 nm was proportional to the concentration of DNA in the suitable ranges. This method was simple, rapid, and the dye (MnTSPc) was easily synthetic, inexpensive, and stable. We have applied it to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
