摘  要:通过对特定的旋风子进行实验,对静电旋风分离器中电晕极合理结构进行了探讨,实验结果表明:电晕极根数太多会引起“电晕屏蔽”,电晕极为8根时较16根时分离效率略高;电晕极靠近外筒壁尽管会导致下行流区切向速度有所降低,但此时更有利于电场力对微细粉尘的分离,总的效果使静电旋风分离器的分离效率有所提高。An experiment has been conducted with a given cyclone. The proper position of corona electrodes in electro-cyclone is discussed. Results show that too many corona electrodes led to corona-screen,and the separation efficiency with 8 corona electrodes appeared to be higher than that with 16 ones.When corona electrodes were located near the wall of the body,it is propitious to electric force which is important for the separation of fine particles and the separation efficiency would be higher than other positions,although the tangential velocity inside downstream region reduces.
