摘  要:目的 :开展氯菊酯对德国小蠊的抗性调查、交互抗性、抗性消退和增效研究 ;方法 :果酱瓶药膜法 ;结果 :8个调查点的 3年抗性调查的抗性倍数为 0 5 4~ 7 93 ,德国小蠊经氯菊酯培育后 ,抗性倍数由 3 40增长到8 0 2倍需 2年半 ,对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和残杀威的交互抗性倍数分别为 2 40~ 4 14、1 83~ 4 78和 1 16~1 69,抗性品系不接触杀虫剂 ,培育至第 4代 ,抗性消失了 3 7 2 2 % ,至第 8代可消失 69 74% ,至第 10代可消失85 79% ,氯菊酯加入S2 和S1后 ,对抗性品系增效倍数分别为 1 2 2~ 1 48和 1 45~ 1 96,48h死亡率均为10 0 % ;结论 :部分调查点已产生抗性 ,抗氯菊酯品系对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯已产生交互抗性 ,对残杀威未产生交互抗性 ,由中抗性转变为低抗性至基本消失 ,需要 3年 ,增效剂能提高氯菊酯灭蟑螂的效果 ,且对氯菊酯的增效作用S1比S2Objective:To investigate the resistance, cross-resistance, and resistance decline of Blattlla germanica to permethrin and the effect of piperonyl butoxide. Methods:Pesticide smeared jam bottle was used. Results:Resistance rates from eight investigated sites were 0.54~7.93 during three years in this survey. Resistance rates rasied from 3.40 to 8.02 for two and a half years under a condition that the insects were selected with permethrin constantly. Cross-resistance rates to deltamethrin, cypermethrin and propoxur were 2.40~4.14, 1.83~4.78 and 1.16~1.69 respectively. When breeding this permethrin resistance strain with no insecticide selection to the fourth, eighth and tenth gerenration, resistance declined 37.22%, 69.74% and 85.79% respectively. Combined with S 2 and S 1, synergism to permethrin to the resistant strain were 1.22~1.48 and 1.45~1.96 respectively. Mortality were 100% after 48 h. Conclusion:Resistance appeared on some investigated sites and was increasing. Permethrin resistance strain showed cross-resistance to deltamethrin and cypermethrin but not to propoxur. Resistance declined after three years. Synergists were able to improve the effect of cockroach controlling with permethrin, of which S 1 was better than S 2.
