强毙蟑对蟑螂的毒效实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察强毙蟑 (醇基喷洒剂 )对蟑螂的毒效作用 ;方法 :实验室实验 ,在油漆板、石灰板和水泥板三种载体表面 ,按 3 0mL/m2 药液量均匀涂刷 ,观察不同天数后蟑螂死亡情况 ,并在蟑螂密度较高的某招待所进行现场实验 ;结果 :在上述 3种表面用 40 0mg/m2 有效剂量的强毙蟑对德国小蠊的KT50 分别为 9 3min、11 2min、10 0min ,2 4h死亡率均为 10 0 % ;对美洲大蠊的KT50 分别为 8 6min、10 5min、11 3min ;2 4h死亡率均为10 0 % ,40d后均还有一定效果。现场实验 ,强毙蟑对蟑螂的杀灭率第 1d达到 89 1% ,15d内达到 97 0 % ,40d后多数房间没有发现蟑螂 ;结论 :强毙蟑对蟑螂有较快的击倒作用和较高的致死效果 。Objective:To obsearve the toxicity of Qiangbizhang(QBZ) against Cockroaches.Methods:On three different surfaces of oil,calcareousness and cement,equally daub QBZ at the dose of 30 mL/m 2(400 mg/m 2),then observe the death and the lasting effect of cockroaches.Results:On the three boards,KT 50s against Blattella germanica were 9.3 min,11.2 min,10.0 min. KT 50s against periplaneta americana were 8.6 min,10.5 min,11.3 min.All that contacted with QBZ died after 24 h.In field experiment,89.1% of the cockroachs were killed in the first day,and 97.0% in 15 days. Forty days later few cockroaches were found.Conclusion:QBZ has good efficacy against cockroaches.
