摘 要:探讨分析了Sun公司的JDBCAPI,DataDirect公司的第4类JDBC驱动以及Boland公司的BolandXMLAPI;建立了一个把XML文档转换成数据库表单的纯Java应用;选择了DataDirect公司所提供的第4类JDBC驱动接口,避免了ODBC模块,因而提高了运算速度。Centrered on the transformation of data in XML into a database table, the No. 4 type JDBC driver provided by Data Direct Co. Ltd and JDBC API are analyzed. A pure Java application is programmed which can transform the data in XML into a database table. There are two models to choose for the interface between JDBC API and a data management system: the famous JDBC-ODBC bridge model and the No. 4 type JDBC driver. In this paper the No. 4 type JDBC driver provided by Data Direct Co. Ltd is employed to avoid the ODBC layer and to improve the efficiency. According to the DTD grammar of an XML document, BorlandXML API unmarshals data in the XML document and generates some Java class, and the data provided by the XML document can be transformed into a database table. It should be emphasized that the Java class generated by unmarshalling an XML document with BorlandXML API changes in each particular case.
