摘　　要：现有财务系统主要为基于事务处理的核算型系统,普遍缺乏对财务管理的控制及决策支持功能。提出了管理型财务管理系统的特征、结构及组成,并着重探讨了管理型财务管理系统中的模型管理功能。Current financial systems belong to operation as procession systems based on transactions. Therefore there is a lack of control and decision support functions over financial management. A new financial system is established, emphasizing management integration based on a model base and a knowledge base. This system aims at helping make scientific decisions. The features, effects and constructions of this system are described, and its functions are detailed.
