摘　　要：在文化时代里,信息(人文价值)以其自己的价值变成一种形式的财富,设计管理实质就是对信息系统的规划与管理。为此,以管理文化为主线,论述全球化背景下的企业管理变革,科学管理法的演进,以及设计管理的构架分析、实施及其趋向。In culture time, information becomes a kind of wealth due to its value. Design management essentially is the plan and management of an information system. Therefore, based on a management culture, the transformation of enterprise management, the evolution of the scientific management method and the structure of design management under the globalization background are discussed.
