摘 要:通过对雄全同株类型薄皮甜瓜品种单性花转育的研究 ,表明单性花性状受显性基因控制 ,转育F1均表现为雌雄异花同株 ,回交后代出现雌雄异花同株和雄全同株的分离 ,经卡方检测 ,分离比例符合 1∶1。经杂交 1代 ,回交 2代的转育 ,后代果实性状逐渐趋于薄皮甜瓜品种 ,性状表现优良 ,通过自交 ,可选育出薄皮甜瓜单性花自交系 ,用于杂一代制种上。It was studied to transfer the character of single se x flower to oriental melon with double sex flower through crossing. The study s howed that the character of single sex flower was controlled by dominant gene. F 1 hybrid of crossing expressed single female flower and single male flower. S ome of hybrids of crossing again with oriental melon expressed single female fl ower and single male flower, while others expressed single male flower and dou ble sex flower. These hybrids had a 1∶1 parting proportion in two different ki nds by χ 2 measure. The fruit of the hybrid that was gained through crossing o nce and recrossing twice was increasingly similar to oriental melon and had impr oved qualities. The hybrid can be cultivated to become a crossing self system w ith the characters of single sex flower and oriental melon, which will be used as a mother to make crossing seeds.
