摘 要:针对国内外配电网故障恢复 (FSR)研究存在的局限性 ,提出可靠性知识与最优评估结合的配电网 FSR原理。研究包括 2个部分 ,文中是 FSR决策解集构造部分 :以解集的完备性、最高供电可靠性及效率为目标 ,以可靠性的元知识控制决策解集构造分层次的搜索和展开 ,并兼顾优化处理 ,确保解集的质量 ;以树干网运算具体实现 ,实现解集构造的快速性。The principle of fault service restoration for distribution networks based on the combination of reliable knowledge and optimum evaluated model is proposed in this paper, aiming at the limitation of study for fault service restoration about distribution networks in domestic and foreign research. The study includes two parts. This part is the construction algorithm about construction of decision-making solving set. Categoricalness, high reliability of supply and efficiency are the aim of construction of decision-making solving set. The hierarchy and zonal search is controlled by reliable knowledge, at the same time the optimum disposal is considered. The quality of decision-making solving set is ensured. The decision-making solving set construction is realized based on algorithm about the trunk network set. The rapidity, generality and categoricalness is realized.
