摘  要:采用电化学方法 ,研究了 8-羟基喹啉修饰Fe -W非晶镀层工艺及其耐蚀性 .通过恒压阳极氧化 ,在Fe-W非晶合金表面形成 8-羟基喹啉修饰膜 ,但膜层耐蚀性较差 .在修饰液中加入乙二胺和溶纤剂等助剂 ,可在电极表面形成一层稳定的彩色修饰膜 ,铬酸盐封闭处理能增强修饰电极的抗蚀效果 .极化曲线测试结果表明 ,抗蚀层阻滞了氧的阴极还原反应及阳极反应 ,提高了Fe -W合金镀层在中性NaCl介质中的耐蚀性 .Modification of amorphous Fe-W alloy deposit by 8-HQ using electrochemical method and its corrosion resistance were researched in this paper.A film was formed on the surface of amorphous Fe-W alloy deposit after anodic oxidation in sodium borate solution containing 8-HQ,but its corrosion resistance was poor.A stable chromatic passive film could be obtained after diamine being added into the above solution,and passivation in a chromate system could improve the corrosion resistance of Fe-W alloy in NaCl solution.Polarization curves showed that the film could block the cathodic and anodic reaction.
