摘 要:目的:探讨可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)在大鼠细支气管上的分布情况及低氧高二氧化碳对其表达的影响。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测细支气管sGC的定位表达。结果:sGC在正常大鼠细支气管、终末支气管及呼吸性支气管平滑肌上呈不同强度的阳性表达。细支气管平滑肌细胞的sGC在低氧高二氧化碳组中的表达与对照组相比明显降低,差异具显著性(P<0.01)。低氧高二氧化碳组及对照组各级气管上皮细胞皆无sGC阳性表达。结论:低氧高二氧化碳削弱大鼠细支气管平滑肌sGC的表达。Objective:To study the distribution of soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) in rat bronchioles and the influence of hypoxia and hypercapnia on its expression.Methods: sGC expression and localization in bronchioles were detected with immunohistochemistrical method. Results: Positive expressions in different intensities of sGC were presented in the smooth muscular cells of bronchioles, terminal bronchioles and respiratory bronchioles of the normal rats. Compared with control group, sGC expressions in the smooth muscular cells of bronchioles, terminal bronchiles and respiratory bronchioles were obviously decreased in hypoxic and hypercapnic group. The difference between two groups was significant ( P < 0.01). But no positive expressions of sGC were found in epithelial cells of different grade in two groups. Conclusion: These findings suggest that hypoxia and hypercapnia impairs sGC expression in the smooth muscular cells of bronchioles, terminal and respiratory bronchioles.
