摘　　要：评述了我国在 2 0 0 0年 7月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月间X射线荧光光谱 ,包括粒子激发的X射线光谱的发展和应用 ,内容包括仪器研制、激发源、探测器、软件、仪器改造、仪器维护和维修、样品制备技术、分析方法研究和应用。This review with 136 references covers the main developments and application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and particle induced X-ray emission spectrometry in China during the period of July 2000 to June 2002. It includes instrumentation, generation sources, detectors, software, device reform and maintenance, sample preparation, quantitative analysis methods and applications in different fields.
