摘　　要：目的 :观察Nd∶YAG激光仪治疗皮肤色素性疾病的疗效。方法 :用Q开关倍频Nd∶YAG激光仪治疗不同部位的各种皮肤色素性疾病 ,根据不同的病变特点 ,选择不同的治疗参数。结果 :共治疗患者 32 1例 ,有效率达 99%。结论 :Nd∶YAG激光仪治疗皮肤色素性疾病较其它常规方法有更多的优点 ,具有美容效果。Objective: To observe the effect of Nd∶YAG laser on treatment of pigmentary lesions of skin.Methods:Q open frequency oubled Nd∶YAG laser with different work parameters based on the lesions was used to treat various pigmentary lesions of skin in different sites.Results:Three hundred and twenty one cases were treated with Nd∶YAG laser system.The total effective rate was 99%.Conclusion:Nd∶YAG laser is a more effective method for treatment of pigmentary lesions of skin.
