孚来迪治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价孚来迪治疗 2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法 :将 4 0例未接受胰岛素治疗的 2型糖尿病病人随机分成两组 ,用孚来迪治疗的为观察组 (n =2 0 ) ,用美吡达治疗的为对照组 (n =2 0 ) ,观察两组病人的血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化和药物副作用。结果 :观察组降糖有效率与对照组比较无显著差异性 (有效率分别为 90 .0 %和85 .0 % ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,但观察组FBG和HbAlC降低较对照组强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2hFBG降低较对照组弱 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而服药后低血糖发生率明显低于对照组 (发生率分别为 0和 15 % ,P <0 .0 5 )。对肝肾功能和血压无不良影响。结论 :口服孚来迪治疗Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of diabetes mellitus of type II managed with repaylinide,a new pattern oral antidiabetic drug.Methods:Forty cases of diabetes mellitus of type II who were not treated with insulin were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(20 cases)treated with repaylinide and control group(20 cases)were treated with glipizide.The blood sugar,HbA 1C,and the side effect of the drug were observed in 16 weeks.Results:The difference of the efficiency to lower the blood sugar between repaylinide and glipizide was not significant(90.0% v.s 85.0%, P >0.05).But the effect of repaylinide on reducing the FBG and HbA 1C was higher than that of glipizide( P <0.05). the effect of repaylinide in reducing the hFBG II was lower than that of glipizide( P <0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia with repaylinide was significant lower than that of lipizide(the incidence were 0 and 15%,respectively, P <0.05).The harmful effects to liver and renal function were not observed.Conclusion:The management of diabetes mellitus of type II with repaylinide would be safety and utility.
