激光医疗的进展——低功率激光治疗在中国

摘　　要：激光医学尤其是低功率激光治疗在中国已成为发展极为迅速的领域之一。低功率激光照射的光生物效应与传统中医针刺穴位经络相结合在中国低功率激光治疗中开辟了广阔的领域,並已广泛应用于临床各专科如内科、皮肤科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、妇产科、整形外科、激光针灸及兽医学,成功地治疗了数百种疾病,效果显著。作者近10年来已成功应用激光穴位麻醉拔牙与施行面部整容小手术。1985～1990年以来开创了激光美容外科。低功率激光治疗已被证实在保证激光美容效果的重要性。Laser medicine especially low reactive - level laser therapy has become one of the rapidly developing areas in china. Photo - biological effect irradiateel by low reactive-level laser is combined with acupuncture and moribustion of traditional Chinese medicine. This combination have been widely applied to many special department such as internal medicie dermatology ophthalmology otolaryngology stomatology gynaecology and obstetics plastic surgery laser acupuncture and moxi-busstion and veterinary medieine in the clinic. Hundreds of diseases have been treated successfully, and the effect is remarkable. Recent ten years the author have successfully extracted tooth and performed small face-lifting operation with laser acupuncture anaesthesia. Also he had initiated laser cosmetic surgery from 1985 to 1990. The low reactive - level laser therapy is comfirming its importance by ensuring the effect of laser cosmetic.
