瑞格列奈、二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病作用的评价

摘　　要：目的　评价瑞格列奈、二甲双胍联合治疗 2型糖尿病的疗效。方法　 4 4例初发 2型糖尿病病人服用瑞格列奈及二甲双胍 ,疗程 12周 ,监测治疗前后体重指数 (BMI)、空腹及餐后 2h血糖 (FBG、PBG)、糖基化血红蛋白 (HbAlc)、空腹胰岛素水平。结果　FBG、PBG及HbAlc较治疗前显著下降 (P <0 0 0 1) ,BMI较治疗前下降 ,胰岛素抵抗指数较前下降 (P <0 0 0 1) ,肝、肾功能无变化 ,无严重低血糖发生。结论　瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗 2型糖尿病具有降糖作用 ,改善胰岛素敏感性及减轻体重指数 ,安全性、耐受性良好的特点。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of repaqlinide plus metformin on type 2 diabetes.Methods Fourty-four patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with repaqlinide plus metformin for 12 weeks and the levels of BMI,FBG,PBG,HbAlc and FSI were measured before and after treatment.Results The levels of BMI,FBG,PBG,insulin resistance index and HbAlc were obviously decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.001).The liver and renal function were not changed and the dangerous hypoglycemia did not happen.Conclusion Combination therapy with repaglinide and metformin leads to better glucemic control,improvement of insulin sensitivity and decreased BMI,which are safe and effective blood glucose-lowering agent.
