摘　　要：激光荧光技术是研究生物体系结构与功能的重要手段,发展迅速,应用广泛。我们研制了用氩离子激光器作光源的多参数流式细胞光度计,荧光漂白恢复装置以及毫微秒荧光谱仪。本文对其原理、结构及其在生物医学研究中的应用作了详细的介绍。Laser fluorescence technique is an important method in studying structure and function of biological system. It has been developed rapidly and applied widely. we developed a flow cytometer, an apparatus of fluorescence photobleaching recovery and a nanosecond spectrofluorometer using argon ion laser as their light source. In this paper, we introduce their principle, structure and their applications in biology and medicine and their applications in biology and medicine research.
