摘　　要：加工精度是机床的一个很重要的指标,机床位移检测精度是制约这个指标的关键因素。应用激光光盘技术的原理,采用先进的数据采集器和微处理器并辅以相关电路,设计出高性价比,高精度的机床位移检测数显装置,给出了该设计的基本原理,主要电路原理图和程序流程.Machining precision is an important guideline of lathe,displacement de tection precision of lathe is a key factor restricting lathe precision.This pape r works out a high ratio of quality and price,high precision design of lath e displacement detection device applying principle of laser disc technology and adopting advanced data collection implement and microprocessor assisting circuit related it.It gives the basic principle of this design,circuit schematic dia gram and program flow.
