摘 要:从减少泥沙磨损试验测试误差出发提出了换位测试法 .比较研究了几种测试方法对泥沙磨损试验精度的影响 .结果表明 :换位测试法对减小参比试样的实验历程差异及试验误差有显著作用 ;与单试样直接测试法及单试样换位测试法相比 ,双试样换位测试法由于对实验历程的均分作用最大 ,其相对误差最低 (<5 % ) ,是一种具有较高精度的磨损试验测试方法 .The position-exchange measuring method (PEMM) was put forward and studied in order to minimize the test errors in the sand slurry abrasion test. The effects of several measuring methods were compared to each other for the testing precisions of material wear test. The research results showed that PEMM had great influences on the decrease of difference of test specimens' courses, and of the test errors. In comparison with direct measuring method and PEMM of single-specimen, PEMM of two-specimens obtained the highest test precision (relative errors were less than 4.5%) due to its equally shared test course. It is a preferable PEMM in sand slurry abrasion test, and has active significance for upgrading test precision and reliability of materials wear-resistance.
