摘  要:主要就乏气送粉系统锅炉再循环管的通流能力不足对制粉系统运行经济性的影响进行了计算与分析。计算表明 ,乏气送粉锅炉再循环管管径的合理选取 ,对制粉系统的运行影响较大。制粉系统设计中 ,应严格按照相关规定推荐的再循环管介质流速核算和设计再循环管管径 。The influence of insufficient recirculating pipe's flow-passing capability on boilers with coal-powder sending system by exhaust gas upon economic operation of the coal pulverizing system has been calculated and analysed. The calculation shows, reasonable selection of recirculating pipe's diameter of said boilers has comparatively large influence upon the operation of coal pulverizing system. Hence, the diameter of recirculating pipe should be calculated and designed strictly according to the flow velocity of medium recommended in related stipulations, to ensure economic operation of the coal pulverizing system under optimal air flow conditions.
