摘 要:小麦黄化苗和绿苗经短时间蓝光照射,谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性明显增强,Ca能显著增强GOGAT活性.蓝光对小麦NO-3代谢过程中GOGAT活性的影响与细胞内钙调系统及其作用靶酶——Ca2+-ATPase、H+-ATPase活性密切相关,这表明钙信号系统可能参与了蓝光信号受体——隐花色素(cryptochrome)相关联的光敏感途径,从而调节植物NO-3代谢过程.小麦黄化苗和绿苗的蓝光受体可能不同.Treatment with short duration of bluelight and calcium obviously enhanced the activity of glutamate synthetase (GOGAT) in etiolated and green seedlings of wheat. The effect of bluelight on the activity of GOGAT in the process of NO-3 metabolism of wheat was closely related to Ca2+, CaM and their target enzymes, Ca2+ATPase and H+ATPase, which suggested that calcium signal systems had taken part in light sensing pathway associated with bluelight photoreceptor-Crytochrome, as a result, regulated NO-3 metabolism of plant, and that there were different bluelight photoreceptors existed in fully etiolated and green seedlings of wheat.
