消渴灵对糖尿病大鼠降糖作用的最佳组方探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨消渴灵的最佳组方方案 ,确定其药物的配伍及适宜的剂量水平。方法采用有重复的正交实验设计 ,根据正交设计L1 6( 4 2 ×2 9)表安排各味中药 ,以链脲佐菌素 (STZ)糖尿病模型大鼠每组血清血糖治疗前后差值为观察指标 ,分析不同组方的降糖作用。结果消渴灵原方中桑椹降糖作用最明显 ,莪术、花粉、石斛 3味药降糖作用不明显。结论证实重新组方的消渴灵组方模式的合理性和科学性 。?Objective To find out the optimum scheme of prescription for Xiaokelin Formula(XF),including the determination of ideal herb combining and dosage level. Methods STZ was used to prepare the diabetic model among rats.Then,the L 16 (4 2×2 9)table of orthogonal design was taken to arrange the experiments for selection of herbs and their dosage levels,based on the principle of reproductive orthogonal design.With the assays of blood sugar levels before and after treatment,the therapeutic effects on BS were compared among various composition of XF. Results Among the herbs of oringinal formula (XF),Mulberry fruit showed the strongest effect to decrease BS level,while Zedoary,Trichosanthes root and Dendrobium were seen with no significant effect on BS level.Conclusions XF is composed of based on an ideal model and the optimum scheme of prescription can give the best therapeutic effect on rats with diabetes. 〔
