摘　　要：通过全国范围各省(区、市)探矿权、采矿权市场建设情况调研,总结了"两权"市场建设的基本经验,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了进一步培育和规范"两权"市场建设的建议。In this paper, according to the surveys in every provinces(municipalities or directly municipalities) of China, the experiences on market construction of exploring rights and mining rights are summarized, its main problems are analyzed, and some suggestions for further fostering and normalization of 'the Two Rights' market construction are put forward.
