摘　　要：通过对地处寒冷地区的黑龙江省和辽宁省 2 0 0 0年及哈尔滨市 1989年至 2 0 0 0年发生的道路交通事故的分析 ,研究了道路交通事故的分布规律 ,找出寒冷地区道路交通事故分布的特点 ,以期有助于交通管理部门改善寒冷地区道路交通安全状况 。According to analyzing the road traffic accidents of Heilongjiang Province and Liaoning Province in 2000 and Harbin City from 1989 to 2000 which locate in cold region, this paper studies the distributive regularities and finds out the characteristics of the distribution of the road traffic accidents in cold region, which is hoped to help the traffic management department to improve the situation of road traffic safety in cold region and reduce the quantity and losses of accidents.
