人工假体置换手术治疗80岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折

摘　　要：目的 :探讨人工假体置换手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的疗效及原理。方法 :1998年 7月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月 ,采用人工假体置换手术治疗 80岁以上股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折 2 8例 ,其中EvansⅢ型 6例、Ⅳ型 19例、Ⅴ型3例。手术以后以髋关节活动度、疼痛程度及生活自理情况等为观察指标。结果 :2 8例患者经 0 .5年～ 4年随访 ,优良率为 85 .8%。无一例死亡 ,未出现假体下沉、松动等现象。结论 :人工假体置换手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折近期疗效令人满意 。Objective:To study the mechanisms and clinical effect of prosthesis replacement for the trentment of the advanced age intertrochanteric.Methods:From July 1998 to 2002,28 cases of the advanced age instability intertrochanteric were treated by prosthesis replacement;6 cases of Evans typeⅢ,19 cases were of Evans type Ⅳ,3cases were of Evans type Ⅴ.After surgery,the subjective symptoms of the hip,function of the hip joint and the weightbearing.Results:With 0.5～4.0 years follow-up,The ratio of excellent and good results was 85.8 %.None patients died,without any hip prosthesis collapse and loosening were confirmed.Conclusion:The new method of prosthesis was found to be reliable and useful by early,but the kibgtime effect would be observed and further studied.
