摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童不稳定性股骨粗隆部骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法 :1996年 2月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月 ,对 12例 ( 13个肢体 )儿童不稳定性股骨粗隆部骨折采用有限切开复位 ,L -梯形加压钢板 (L -TCP)内固定治疗。其中 6个肢体为粗隆间骨折 ,7个肢体为粗隆下骨折。结果 :12例 ( 13个肢体 )随访 12～ 72个月 ,全部骨性愈合 ,愈合时间为 2 .5～ 5个月。粗隆下骨折 1例术后 6个月去除钢板乘车时摔伤发生再骨折。余均完全康复 ,无任何并发症发生。结论 :L -TCP内固定治疗儿童粗隆部骨折方法简单 ,固定准确稳定 ,可尽早行功能活动及恢复基本生活能力 ,愈合快 ,并发症少。Objective:To evaluate the treatment of unstable trochanteric fracture in children with L-TCP.Methods:From February 1996 to February 2002,twelve patients(13 limbs) with unstable trochanteric fracture in children were treated by limited open reduction and fixation with L-TCP.There were 6 cases inter trochanteric fracture and 7 cases of subtrochanteric fracture.Results:All of cases were followed up about 12 months to 72 months,which have solid fusion except for one case of subtrochanteric fracture.No complication come up.Conclusion:The treatment of unstable trochanteric fracture in children with L-TCP is convenient and precise.Earlier rehabilitation exercise should be carried out and the complication was rare.
