摘　　要：目的 :研究软骨细胞在纤维胶内体外生成组织工程化软骨的可行性。方法 :将 4 - 10× 10 7cells/mL细胞 /毫升的软骨细胞植入纤维胶 ,在体外培养 2个月后进行组织学、免疫组织化学分析。结果 :细胞在纤维胶内产生大量的软骨特异性Ⅱ型胶原和蛋白多糖。结论 :纤维胶内的软骨细胞可在体外培养的环境下生成大量透明软骨基质。Objective:To investigate in vitro chondrogenic ability of chondrocytes in fibrin gel.Methods:After primary culture of chondrocytes,they were seeded into fibrin gel to form tissue engineered constructs,then chondrocytes inside were evaluated with MTS test.The constructs were evaluated with hiatology and immunohistochemisty after two nonths in vitro cultre.Results:The chondrocytes secreted large amount of specific type Ⅱ collagen and proteoglycan inside the fibin gel after two months in vitro culture,and gradually replaced the fibrin.Conclusion:Chondrocytes in fibrin can produce large amount of cartilage specific matrix in vitro.
