摘　　要：增加农民收入是一个热门而又沉重的话题。农民收入的增加与农民素质的提高息息相关。而农村人力资源开发是提高农民素质的关键。开发农村人力资源主要是转变农民思想、发展农村成教和职业技术教育。How to incrcase the income of peasants is becoming a hot and serious theme.Increasing the income of peasants is closely linked with improving the quality of peasants.To exploit the rural human resources is the key to increase peasants' income.It includes mostly to transform peasants' conception,to speed up adult education and professional and technical education,to build up peasants' health and deploy rationally human resources,and so on.
