温补肾阳方对卵巢切除所致骨质疏松大鼠外周血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素和β-内啡肽含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察温补肾阳方对卵巢切除所致骨质疏松大鼠外周血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和 β 内啡肽 (β END)含量的影响 ,以探讨该方在防治骨质疏松的同时 ,是否对其所引起的疼痛也具有一定的镇痛作用。方法 :将 4 3只雌性大鼠随机分为 4组 ,即正常对照组、假手术组、模型组和给药组。以卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松大鼠为模型 ,采用骨组织形态计量学方法对大鼠胫骨进行形态计量 ;采用放射免疫分析法分别测定外周血浆中ACTH和 β END的含量。结果 :温补肾阳方能使胫骨TBV %显著增高 ,使TRS %和TFS %显著降低 ,并能使ACTH和 β END含量明显提高。结论 :温补肾阳方在防治骨质疏松的同时 ,对其所引起的疼痛可能也具有一定的镇痛作用。Objective:To observe the effect of the prescription for the warming and recuperating the Kidney Yang on the content of ACTH and β END in the peripheral plasma of ovariectomy induced osteoporosis rats so as to study if the prescription had the analgesic effect.Methods:43 female rats were randomly divided into four groups:the control,the pseudo operation,the model,the administration.The osteoporosis rat model induced by ovariectomy was adopted.The proximal tibia of rats were analyzed with bone histomorphometry;the content of ACTH and β END detected with the radioimmunoassay.Results:After the osteoporosis rats had been taken with the prescription for warming and recuperating the Kidney Yang,TBV% in shankbone heightened markedly,TRS%,TFS% reduced markedly,and the content of ACTH and β END heightened markedly.Conclusion:The prescription for the warming and recuperating the Kidney Yang may have the analygesic effect.
