摘　　要：近年来,中国联通的每一步发展都吸引着众多关注的目光. 一年多以前,CDMA的问世为中国通信业开辟一个全新的时空.从此,超低的辐射、清晰的话音、保密性强……成为用户当然的追求.SiEntitled with 'All to Be Changed', the New Brand Releasing Ceremony was held in Beijing by China Unicom on March 28. In the ceremony, China Unicom lared the finished and successful establishment of CDMA 1X network in the whole country. Also many new service brands were issued, including the new brand of CDMA wireless data service-'U-max'. Subsequently CDMA 1X wireless data service will be experimentally carried out in major cities all around the country. The opening of CDMA 1X is as important as the landmark for mobile data technology's development of China Unicom. It means that China Unicorn not only owns the core 2.5G mobile communications technology, but also realizes the important first step of transition to 3G. Especially new service 'U-max' will bring users completely new mobile experiences. Fully reflecting the innovating spirit of 'Unicom Horizon', it shows us China Unicorn's determination to be industry-leading. Thus China Unicom steps into the second period of CDMA development-surpassing and changing.
