氦氖激光转化的人胚皮肤成纤维细胞的生物学特性

摘　　要：本文对氦氖激光和致癌剂甲基硝基亚硝基胍诱导转化的人胚皮肤成纤维细胞的生物学特性进行了研究和比较,表明氦氖激光的致转化效应和其转化细胞的恶性程度均较低。This paper reports the biological characteristics of He-Ne laser-transformed human fetal skin fibroblasts and comparison has been made with those of known chemical carcinogen MNNG-transformed ones. The result indicates that both the trans-formimg efficacy of He-Ne laser and the malignant degree of its transforming cells are low.
